For those on the network or who are not yet enrolled in MFA, you may notice a message saying you are being logged in through Duo.

If you have any questions, please visit https://mfa.ascension.org/faq when you are logged into the Ascension network or while signed into the Ascension virtual private network.

AMITA Health Associates: Your log-in is the same as your AMITA Health Network ID, but do NOT include the domain and backslash (e.g. amita\ or alexian\ or multihosp\) in the User ID field.

Your password would be your AMITA Health email password.
