3: Access Your Online W-2: You may opt out of receiving a paper W-2 and receive your W-2 online only. Online W-2 delivery is a secure and faster method of delivery. You may also sign up to receive an email and/or text message notification when your online W-2 is available to view. You can also access previous years’ W-2s, going back seven years.

Family Dollar has put into place security measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse or alteration while it is under their control. They use technical, administrative, and physical measures in an effort to protect against unauthorized access.

Your online paystub and W-2 is accessible online only through the use of a login and protected password that you create to gain access. To protect the confidentiality of your personal information, you must keep your login and password confidential and not disclose it to other persons.

How To Access The Family Dollar Employee Portal
  • Accept and Log in
  • Know your Employee ID. If you need assistance, contact your Store Manager or HR Manager to view in Lawson
  • Use these Login Instructions:
    • Doculivery User ID is combination of: Company Number + Employee ID
  • Password is the same as previous login.

New users: Your initial password is your 2 digit birth month plus your 2 digit birth year plus the last four digits of your SSN. Example: If your birthday is November 13, 1980 and the last four of your SSN are 4885, then your initial password is 11804885. Remember this password.

The system will require you to use it one more time prior to selecting a new permanent password. For a password reset or to unlock your account, send an email to [email protected]  Please include your full legal name, associate ID, and last 4 of your SSN. If known, please include your work location/store number.
