How To Access The Goodwill Employee Portal

The Goodwill Employee Portal is a secured portal that allows employees and any other authorized users to access and modify their data online. The portal also gives access to information on benefits and pay and attendance, and time records.

The below information applies to Team Members at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona and Goodwill Industries of Monocacy Valley (together, the “Company”). This information will provide you with all the necessary steps required to access the Goodwill Employee Portal and how to access The Workday and ADP Portal For Former Team Members.

Instructions To Access The Goodwill Employee Portal for New Employees

Below are the instructions for New Log-in Process Starting May 24, 2021. You can contact [email protected] if you have any other questions.

  1. You will receive an invitation email from [email protected] on May 24th. Click Accept Invitation.
  2. Once you click “accept invitation”. When you click accept and you will be redirected to step 10.
  3. Create your new password. You will use this password to access MyGoodwill, Gateway applications and other GII systems.
    • Your password must be at least 8 characters long. It must contain at least two of the following: upper case letters, lower case letters, numbers and symbols
  4. Microsoft requires that you enter your country and birthdate. Enter the information and click next.
  5. Enter the code sent to your email address. We recommend unchecking the option to receive offers about Microsoft products. Click next.
  6. After entering the code, you will be asked to solve a puzzle. Click next.
  7. Rotate the image until it is the correct way up. Click done.
  8. The last step is to review permissions and click accept. After clicking accept, you will see the MyGoodwill home screen.

How To Access The Goodwill Employee Portal

If your employer has provided you with online access, you can access your pay statements and W-2s by following the steps below. If you have not previously logged in to the portal, you will need a registration code from your employer. Only your employer can provide you with this code.

  • Go to your organization’s Okta address: https://goodwillaz.okta.com/
  • Enter your username and password, and then select Sign-in. Enter your alias in the username field. For example, if your username is [email protected], just enter jsmith.

After you enter your username, your security image is displayed automatically if you have previously completed a successful logon in the browser you are using. This feature requires browser cookies.

Caution: If you have successfully signed in on the current browser before and have not cleared cookies, do not enter your password if your security image does not display when you enter your username.

If your security image does not appear, close the browser and confirm that you are using the correct address to sign in for your organization. Then, open a new browser window, type the address in manually, and enter your username again. If your security image is still not displayed, report the issue using the Send Feedback link.

If you see the error message Sign in failed! your username and password do not match those specified for your profile, or you do not have access permission. Please contact your system administrator.

How To Access The Workday and ADP Portal For Former Team Members

Former team members may still access some features of Workday and ADP. The ADP Portal allows you to perform such functions as:

  • Enroll in or change benefits information
  • Make changes related to life events such as marriage, moving, and birth of a child
  • View pay statements and W-2 information
  • Change W-4 tax information
  • Set up direct deposit
  • Manage your 401(K) and retirement accounts
  • Update your contact information
  • Use online tools such as retirement planners or payroll calculators.

You can view and update your information in Workday. To do so, follow the steps below to access your account.

  • Go to web address: my.goodwillaz.org
  • Click the link under the Workday icon (former employees: Login Here)
  • Use your Workday username and password to log in

Instructions For New Workday Logins or Forgotten Password

  • Click the “Forgot Password?” link on the login screen.
  • Next, enter a your username and personal email address.
  • If you don’t remember your username, contact HR support to verify your information
  • The former employee will receive an email to their personal email account with a link to reset their password.
