How To Access The Help at Home Employee Portal: portal.helpathome.com

No registration is required to access the Help at Home Employee Portal. The Help at Home Employee Portal allows you to View & Print all Pay Stubs, Free W-2s for tax years to the current year, View your confirmed visits, Access the site from any device.

The Help at Home Employee Portal is currently available for field staff only. Office admins should continue using Paperless Employee. However, if you experience issues logging into the main Help at Home employee portal, all current or former employees may also use Paperless Employee to view your paystubs and W-2s.

How To Access The Help at Home Employee Portal

This paragraph provides instructions on how to view your pay stub for For Caregivers, Branch Staff and Field Support Center Staff.

Help at Home Employee Portal

1: For Caregivers: Note: The following instructions are only applicable to Caregivers in the Great Plains region. Caregivers in Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Ohio can view their pay stub using UKG Ready (Kronos).

  1. Navigate to https://portal.helpathome.com/ to access your pay stub.
  2. Enter your 12-digit Employee ID number. Each employee’s 12-digit Employee ID number is located on their pay stub
  3. Enter your passcode. Your passcode is the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. After you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to change your passcode.
  4. Once you have logged in, navigate to the relevant pay stub.

Note: If you cannot find your Employee ID number on your pay stub, please contact your local branch for assistance.

2: For Branch Staff: Note: The following instructions are only applicable to Branch Staff in the Great Plains region. Branch Staff in Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Ohio can view their pay stub using UKG Ready (Kronos).

  1. Navigate to https://www.paperlessemployee.com/helpathomeoxfordhealth/Login.aspx.
  2. Enter your User ID and Password in the Login field. Click Login.
  3. Click the Pay Statements tab and select the relevant year from the Select Pay Statement Year drop down menu.
  4. Open the relevant pay stub.

3: For Field Support Center Staff: Pay stubs are sent to you via email if you provided an email account with your new hire paperwork. All Field Support Center Staff can use these instructions below to view their W-2.

  1. Navigate to https://www.paperlessemployee.com/helpathomeoxfordhealth/Login.aspx.
  2. Enter your User ID and Password in the Login field. Click Login.
  3. Click on Year-End Tax Statements.
  4. Open the relevant Form W-2.

Accessing UKG Ready (Kronos)

This paragraph provides instructions on how to access UKG (Kronos) via the UKG mobile app or the UKG website. Note: The following instructions are only applicable to Caregivers and Branch Staff in Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Ohio.

Access the UKG Ready (Kronos) Website: Navigate to https://secure3.saashr.com/ta/HAH.login using your internet browser.

Note: Functionality works best in Google Chrome.

  1. Select North America from the Select your region section.
  2. Enter HAH in the Company Short Name field.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Log in using your Username and Password.
    • Your Username is the first letter of your first name capitalized + your last name capitalized + the last 4-digits of your Social Security Number.
    • Your Password is your Social Security Number (no dashes).

Note: After you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password. Your password must contain 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter, 1 number, and 1 special character (!@#$%).

Note: If you have already created an account on the UKG Ready mobile app, then you can log in using your same Username and Password.

  1. Configure the Virtual Code Settings to validate your identity. Choose from a text message, a voice call, or email for a code to be sent to you.
  2. Once you receive the validation code via text, call, or email, enter the code into the field. You have now successfully accessed the UKG Ready (Kronos) website.
